Our specialist with knowledge of a foreign language contacts the manufacturer, dealer, distributor and discusses the possibility of supplying your goods, request an invoice, terms of readiness of the goods for shipment, packing list, technical description for the goods (technical passports; if necessary - for a certain type of goods - physical and chemical properties, design with an image, purpose of the product (what function it performs), scope, available quality and safety certificates for the product, declarations and certificates of conformity.

We analyze the HS-code for the possibility of delivery of this product (equipment/vehicle/machinery, etc.) to the country of destination.

Calculating logistics costs.

Calculate the cost of customs duties (customs fees, customs duty, VAT), certificates, excise duties, insurance and additional costs (if required).

Sign the contract, pay the invoice, pick up the goods (equipment/vehicle/machinery) from the Supplier.

If necessary, we will organize delivery of samples of goods to the Buyer for quality inspection or testing. Like any other goods moving across the border, samples of goods require customs clearance.
